White Garden Room
Client Brief
Our clients in Reigate wanted a contemporary white garden room that could serve as a bright, flexible workspace while also providing additional storage. The brief focused on creating a light-filled environment that could be opened to the garden during the summer months, while still providing practical, discreet storage solutions.
The white garden room needed to complement the existing property, featuring a clean, modern façade that felt considered rather than added on.
The Solution: A Low-Maintenance White Garden Room
We designed and built a completely maintenance-free bespoke white garden room, finished in Light Mist composite cladding. This soft white tone was chosen to blend seamlessly with the home’s exterior while keeping the structure looking fresh and contemporary.
Large bi-fold doors were installed to flood the interior with natural light and allow the space to open fully onto the garden, creating a strong indoor–outdoor connection in warmer months. To enhance comfort and privacy, custom-cut blinds were later added, providing shade when needed without detracting from the overall design.
To maximise functionality without compromising the clean lines of the build, a concealed storage door was integrated into the structure. This hidden access keeps tools and equipment neatly out of sight, ensuring the white garden room remains uncluttered, calm and refined.

Is a white garden room difficult to maintain?
2
Not at all. Modern composite cladding is designed to be zero-maintenance, meaning it won’t need painting or regular upkeep. This ensures your white garden room keeps its clean, fresh appearance for years to come with minimal effort.
Can a garden room include discreet storage?
3
Yes. Storage can be fully integrated into the design, including concealed or “secret” doors that keep tools and equipment out of sight. This allows the garden room to remain uncluttered and visually clean while still being highly practical.
