What can you provide as a garden room foundation?
We offer a choice of two main types of base for your garden room to sit on, subject to the lay of your land. We can offer a concrete raft foundation or a steel joint frame. Both of the following options ensure that no foxes or rodents can gain access to the underside of the finished room.
We can install a fully excavated, heavy-duty, concrete raft foundation, complete with a French drain perimeter for rainwater runoff.
Alternatively, a more cost-effective option would be our steel joist frame, supported with multiple pile footings. Each leg is concreted into the ground and has an inline adjustable screw to ensure a perfectly level base for your garden room.
