Panels

Our Kingspan KS1000 panels are industry-leading and versatile. Our garden room roofs, built on a 4-degree pitch allow for perfect water runoff either into a gutter or French drain. The box profile steel skin is structural, insulated and quick to install minimising costs for the end user, as no roof joists or rafters are required. They are available in various colours and are also completely maintenance-free.

Overhangs

Depending on what design the client is looking to achieve, the overhang depth is customisable. We can utilise a larger overhang for rain cover when entering and exiting the garden room, or decrease the overhang to avoid breaching any boundary lines.
The overhangs are finished in the same colour as the top roof skin. They are designed to hide the internals of the roof panels and ensure a sharp modern finish. They are made bespoke for each garden room roof system and are made from powder-coated steel and fixed using colour-coded pop rivets and hex head tek screws. Being a fully rot-resistant system this maximises longevity.

Acoustically insulated

When it comes to the internal ceiling finish, we ensure a soundproof and peaceful space. As standard our garden room roofing system is lined with a steel skin, we then counter-batten and acoustically insulate, creating a void for lighting and ensuring silence from the outside elements, perfect for when on an important business call. This means that whether it's raindrops or ambient noise, your garden room allows you to fully concentrate on office work and enjoy your space without disturbances.
